Meditation / Chakra Balance Class
Meditation / Chakra Balance Classes are a simple, non invasive and effective new way to relax. It brings together relaxation and stress management techniques which include the therapeutic use of colour, the use of a focus to calm the mind and the conscious use of the breath to relax the mind and body.
Jane will talk you through this relaxing process, whilst you sit comfortably gazing at an easel chart of Colour Breathing Disks. You will learn the practice of how to focus your breathing whilst being guided through a relaxation / meditation process that enlightens you to the therapeutic effect the colours may have on you. Jane uses her Colour Psychology skills during this process and imparts knowledge to you that will have a subliminal effect on your psyche. The benefits from this session have been known to stay with you for up to 7-10 days. If you want the effects to last longer you can purchase a Colour Breathing Kit and practice at home. |
